You have been referred to Community Works Project by your ODHS Family Coach so we can support your journey towards employment and self-sufficiency. 

 

If this is your first visit or if you need to re-enroll in CWP, please complete the following steps:

1. Watch our Orientation Video to learn about us and our services

2. Complete the CWP electronic registration form. Once completed, please let a CWP team member know.   

   • If you would prefer to complete a paper form, please ask a CWP team member for the paper version. 

3. If you are asked to wait, please take time to read through our website for more information about us, our services and what to expect for your Step. Also check out our class schedule at this location and at our East County location for free workshops you can attend, and take a moment to follow us on Facebook.  

4. After you meet with your assigned CWP team member, please help us improve our services by completing our anonymous feedback form about your experience today.

   • Your participation in this survey is optional and has no effect on the support you will be receiving from CWP.
