Community Works Project (CWP) connects diverse families on TANF to a wide range of community resources, including for housing, childcare, background barrier removal services, and many other needs. CWP will refer TANF families to appropriate services.

TriMet Low Income HOP Pass
Ask a CWP team member for help obtaining a HOP pass at a discounted rate! You may be able to ride TriMet for less. Riders with qualifying incomes are eligible for half-price fares.
Innovative Changes provides financial education, small-dollar consumer loans, and access to credit building techniques and asset building opportunities.
