Community Works Project (CWP) consists of six collaborating community-based organizations coming together to form a single program dedicated to helping TANF families move out of poverty. We offer employers different ways to gain access to the workforce in Multnomah County.

List your open positions and receive applicant referrals from CWP! 

Present your job openings to a group of Community Works Project job seekers and increase your applicant pool! Contact us to schedule a presentation! 

Exhibit at a job fair to speak with hundreds of potential applicants! We will announce our job fairs here and you can let us know if you want to be contacted directly for job fairs.

Connect with Volunteers

Host an intern through the Work Experience program and receive valuable no-cost staffing assistance while offering a training and hands-on skill development opportunity. 

Subsidized Employment

The JOBS Plus program offers an opportunity for your business to receive reimbursement from the State of Oregon for a portion of the wages paid to a Community Works Project trainee.
